LADY Gaga has pushed Oprah Winfrey (and) Jonathan Ive off the top spot in an annual list of the 100 most powerful celebrities. Despite being the most influential woman in the world, Lady Gaga has her detractors. Jonathan Ive pack(ed) his bags and move(d) back to the UK.

There are some who felt that with her background and her social media power, Lady Gaga is just too valuable to Apple. She has been criticised, spurring further worries about the future of Twitter and Facebook, but in her own way she has been (the) driving force behind a revolution. The amount of time Gaga spends in the UK promoting universal healthcare and improving minimum wage (is) the best example of how celebrities need to manage their careers.
